The main lecturer of the course is an astronomer Petr Scheirich, who has sailed across the Atlantic several times using astronavigation. He is the author of a publication on the same topic and regularly trains sailors in navigation. He teaches astronavigation, terrestrial navigation and GPS navigation.
For those interested in tidal navigation there will be an additional lecture on navigation in tidal waters (Lucie Schurerova).

Area of navigation:
We will sail in Argosaronikos (south of Athens), not too long routes, rather it will be slow sailing looking for good places to measure angles and learning... or just for fooling around and relaxing on short crossings. And some, swimming, barbecues, cooldown time :-)
